Swift Solutions provides AI consulting and automation services for small businesses, including but not limited to:
- Workflow analysis and automation strategy
- Custom AI agent configuration and deployment
- Lead response and customer support automation
- Scheduling and operations automation
- Ongoing support and maintenance as agreed in your service contract
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery of services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
- Grant necessary access to tools, platforms, and systems as needed
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the right to share any data or content provided to us
- Pay all fees as outlined in your service agreement
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee
- Services may be suspended for overdue accounts
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the custom AI agents and automations built specifically for your business. Swift Solutions retains ownership of any underlying frameworks, methodologies, templates, and tools used in delivery. We may reference your business as a client for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose your business data, processes, or systems to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Swift Solutions' liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. No Guarantee of Results
While we are committed to delivering high-quality automation solutions, Swift Solutions does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases, lead conversion rates, or cost savings. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed to date. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
